Founded by Ecuadorian entrepreneur Quilson Bejarano Aguirre and now rooted in Victoria, BC, CanAndean unites the spirit of innovation from the Andean region with the opportunities of Canada. It's home to a dynamic portfolio of startups including 912 (a platform for non-urgent home services), Telcoware (technology and telecom solutions), Innoviliaria (real estate innovation), and MartMut (Importation of fruits, vegetables, and other traditional foods from South America).
But CanAndean is also a purpose-driven ecosystem. At its core is a mission to empower immigrants—offering them meaningful job opportunities and resources to turn their ideas into startups. CanAndean exists to inspire, support, and accelerate immigrant-led ventures, building a more inclusive, diverse, and thriving entrepreneurial landscape in Canada.

What sets CanAndean apart is its heart: it's built and run by Emiliano’s family. Alexandra, the brilliant administrator and mother; Fabia, a trilingual business student; Paulo, a numbers-savvy business mind; and Emilio, the youngest spark of energy—all contribute their talents to grow each project.
CanAndean’s mission is to empower immigrants by offering job opportunities and tools to launch their own startups, blending the strength of Andean roots with the possibilities of Canadian life.
